This Year 6 Reasoning Test Practice 1 activity checks pupils’ understanding of of comparing and ordering numbers, prime numbers, algebra, decimals and solving problems involving multiplication and division. After answering the question, pupils then select an appropriate explanation for their answer.
Pupils will find missing numbers within a sequence, identify prime numbers, order given decimal numbers, use simple formulae, and solve a division calculation.
Questions in this activity are based on content taught so far this year and in Year 6.
