This Year 6 Identifying Word Classes Game is designed to check pupils’ ability to recognise different word classes in sentences. Pupils will highlight the nouns in the sentences, label the subject and objects in a sentence, select the number of word classes used in a single sentence, select the sentences that use both an adjective and an adverb, and drag and drop to label each of the word classes in the sentence.
