This Year 5 Numbers to 10,000 Game checks pupils’ ability to represent numbers up to 10,000 and be able to add or subtract 10, 100 or 1,000 to and from the number. Pupils will state whether Base 10 represents a given number, select the number that is represented by a place value grid, complete two bar models to add 10 and 100 to given numbers, select the true statements about a number, and complete a grid to show what happens to three numbers when we subtract 10, 100 and 1,000 from them.
