This Year 5 Converting Nouns and Adjectives Flash Card Game is designed to check pupils’ ability to change nouns or adjectives into verbs using the suffixes ‘–ate’, ‘–ise’ and ‘–ify’. Pupils will read the noun or adjective given on the flash card, and then add the correct suffix to create a new word. When pupils have typed their new word into the box provided, they can press check to receive instant feedback on their answer.
