This Year 4 Word Problems Multiplication and Division 1 activity checks pupils’ understanding of solving multiplication and division problems. Pupils will multiply a 1-digit number by 6, divide a 2-digit number by 12, use division facts from the 9 times table and a duration of time to complete a given sentence, multiply three 1-digit numbers, use a sensible pictorial method to display a division using facts from the 7 times table and multiply three 1-digit numbers in a given context.
Questions in this activity are based on content taught so far this year.
