This Year 4 Using Brackets to Indicate Parenthesis Game checks pupils’ understanding of using brackets to indicate parenthesis within sentences. Pupils will identify the sentences that use brackets correctly, select the sentence that uses brackets for parenthesis accurately on multiple occasions, highlight the words in a sentence that would be enclosed within brackets, select the word that would be the first word to be enclosed within brackets, complete a sentence with missing words punctuation so that it includes brackets correctly.
