This Year 3 Time to the Nearest Minute Game checks pupils’ understanding of telling the time and using time vocabulary correctly. Pupils will calculate and describe the finishing time of a film using words and in a digital format, group matching time representations which use different formats together, identify ways of expressing a time that uses the 24-hour clock, identify which statement is correct and express a given time in a variety of ways using words and in a digital format. Words used include: am, pm, afternoon, morning, midday, noon, midnight.
