This Year 3 Fractions of an Amount activity checks pupils’ understanding of finding non-unit fractions of amounts. Children will identify if the selected objects are equivalent to the non-unit fraction of an amount, solve the non-unit fraction of an amount and calculate non-unit fractions of amounts with some exchange.
