This Year 2 Spring Revision Set 4 activity checks pupils’ understanding of using adverbs, forming contractions, determining the type of verb, identifying coordinating and subordinating conjunctions and selecting the command. Pupils will choose the most appropriate adverb to complete a sentence, insert the contraction for word pairs, complete a table identifying linking/to be verbs and action verbs, highlight the conjunctions, and determine which sentence is a command.  

This activity is linked to the Classroom Secrets Year 2 GPS scheme of work. Questions in this activity are based on content taught so far this year.
