In this Tens and Ones Part Whole Model Video Tutorial, Katie shows pupils how to partition a 2-digit number into tens and ones and how to represent it in a part-whole model. She uses physical manipulatives, as well as numerals, to represent the number before partitioning the number into tens and ones in a part-whole model.
This video will be useful for children to watch at home or for extra support as part of an intervention, or whole class activity.
