Reception 3D Shape Matching Game

Teacher Specific Information

This Reception 3D Shape Matching Game will help children to recognise 3D shapes. Encourage children to find two cards that match to win a pair. Children need to find a ‘real-life’ object and match it to a 2D shape, for example, a party hat matches with a cone.

Early Learning Goal
(ELG12) Children use everyday language to talk about size, weight, capacity, position, distance, time and money to compare quantities and objects and to solve problems. to describe them.
