This Phonics Phase 2 Rhyming Pair Game helps children recognise words that sound the same. They should drag the card on the left to its matching partner on the right. You could encourage children to think of an extra word, for example map, tap, cap. The words chosen are phonetically decodable to enable children to record a rhyming string.
