Year 3 Prepositions and Prepositional Phrases

This Year 3 GPS Prepositions and Prepositional Phrases activity checks pupils’ understanding of using prepositions and prepositional phrases. Children will sort prepositions and nouns into a table, select prepositions in a selection of sentences, select prepositions that could be used to complete a sentence, add the most appropriate prepositions to the sentences, and determine whether the correct preposition has been used in a given sentence.
